Fall 22- Aladdin (Studio)

My child and I understand the importance of respectful behavior and regular class attendance. We understand that attendance is important and that cast members should only miss a maximum of 3 rehearsals (but no more than 2 would be preferred). We also understand that they may be automatically dismissed from the program for three unexcused tardies/absences, or three documented incidents of poor behavior. We understand that tech rehearsals and performances are mandatory. Notification of a problem will be made to me by phone/mail after the second behavioral incident. I agree to allow my child to be photographed or videotaped for publicity purposes for Starting Arts. I understand that refunds must be requested prior to the first class meeting (including the first audition day for theatre productions).

I understand that I will be asked to provide Proof of COVID vaccination for the participant in order for them to participate on the first day.
