Starting Arts offers classes, workshops, theatre productions, and musical theatre training through our studio location in San Jose. These programs are different from our school-specific programs and are open to all students regardless of school.

Classes
Whether you're just beginning your dance journey or wish to enhance your knowledge and technique, SA Studios offers expert training in a variety of styles, including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, and more. Classes take place on Sunday afternoons and culminate in an "informance".

Theatre Productions
Theatre Production offerings include one play and two musicals per year for various age ranges. These are full productions with sets, costumes, and professional lighting and sound design.

Dream Team/DT2
Through the Dream Team/DT2 program, Starting Arts cultivates and encourages the development of talented young artists we encounter throughout the Bay Area. Participants receive top notch training in music, theater and dance. The Dream Team members make performance appearances around the Bay Area, and represent Starting Arts in its mission.
