Kristin VanderPas is a Partner at Cooley LLP, an international law firm headquartered in California. Kristin’s practice focuses on representing investment banks as well as life sciences and technology companies in capital markets transactions, particularly initial public offerings. Kristin has a JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and a B.S.B.A from the UNC Kenan–Flagler Business School. Kristin is an active supporter of Jameson Humane, a no-kill rescue and sanctuary in the Napa Valley for homeless companion and farm animals, and Build.org, a nonprofit organization that empowers youth with entrepreneurship skills. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
