Han Le

Han Le currently serves as General Counsel for Zenlayer. Prior to joining the company, she was the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Atlantis Computing. While at Cooley LLP and the Venture Law Group at Heller Ehrman LLP, Ms. Le represented high technology companies in multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings, venture capital financings, and general corporate and securities matters. Ms. Le has a JD, cum laude, from the Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Economics and English, with honors, from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
