Open Call for Teaching Artists:
We know it’s challenging to be a teaching artist in our area, so a collection of Bay Area arts education organizations are combining efforts to host an open call for teaching artists. We are inviting teaching artists in the area to model an activity that showcases your specialty, teaching style, or philosophy as a teaching artist. Participants will have 3-5 minutes to present and have the support of other participants to act as “students.”
The event will take place Saturday June 1st from 1pm-4pm at the Starting Arts Studios at 525 Parrott St. San Jose, CA 95112. If you would like to participate, please fill out the form here by May 24th:
