Where: SA Studios- 525 Parrott Street, San Jose, CA
No equipment required. However, you are welcome to bring your own workout mat and/or free weights.
Are you ready for a heart-pumping, sweat-inducing, body-shaping good time? The class will be comprised of 15-30 minutes of various workouts/style including: AMRAP core crusher, HIIT buns/thighs blaster, and upper body. During breaks, Steph will share nutritional tips and lifestyle suggestions for healthy living and staying in shape. People of various ages, abilities, and fitness levels are welcome, modifications will always be provided.
Stephanie Watts is a passionate workout-a-holic (amateur-bodybuilder) who trains clients one-on-one, and teaches group fitness classes. Her expertise and continuing education include nutrition, calisthenics, strength training, bodybuilding, powerlfiting, weight-loss, CrossFit, StrongFit, Russian Kettlebells, Rock Steady Boxing Method for Parkinson’s Disease, and MMA-conditioning. Stephanie is obsessed with health and fitness, and sharing it with as many people as possible.
