Jennifer grew up in a very creative household. Her dad was always tinkering with something and also encouraged her to find creative solutions to build and fix things; her mom is an avid knitter/crochetter. It comes as no surprise that Jennifer has always loved art in all of its forms. She could be found drawing pictures of animals and landscapes and designing her own cross-stitch from an early age.
Jennifer received a B.A. in Art and Design from San Jose State. She worked for several high tech companies in Silicon Valley as a graphic artist, web designer and eventually as an Art Director. Jennifer has also had her own freelance graphic design and photography business for the past 14 years. Jennifer has enjoyed volunteering and teaching art at her sons’ preschools. Additionally, she spent the last three years serving as the Cubmaster of a local Cub Scout Pack, and has taught art for the past three summers at Cub Scout Summer Camps.
Jennifer’s favorite mediums are painting, stained glass, and photography. Her work reflects her love of family, nature and the great outdoors.
