Honor, Destiny, Loyalty, Strength, and above all, Love. There is no better way to sum up the experience I had working with the cast of Mulan Jr. at Ponderosa. The reasons for putting together this show come down to these very qualities, but it was the love of the show, the love of the theatre and the love of working with such wonderful children that ultimately made this production what it is. The lessons we learned in the show were echoed in the process we undertook to present it for you tonight, and on behalf of the cast and crew, I hope we have been able to do so with honor, destiny, loyalty and strength in mind, but above all, love. Enjoy the show!
