Seussical
Spring 2008
The imagination, sense of whimsy, and pure fun of Dr. Suess has been a staple of our children's lives for decades. With nothing but well-chosen words and a delightfully odd art style, Ted Geisel created creatures and machines that had never been seen before, simply by using his "Thinks". Theatre is all about imagination, so it is no wonder that the stage and Dr. Suess go together like butter and bread (no matter which side up you happen to eat it!)
Our actors will transport you to one magical location after another, and even something as commonplace as the circus will seem new and strange as, with only the help of music and rhyme, these young thespians transform the stage before your eyes.
We are eternally greatful to the good Doctor, who left this world a much richer place than it was when he first got here. Enjoy the show!
