Heroes

Heroes is one of those miracles that started with a spark of the imagination, followed a path of originality forged by artists, and came to fruition through the hard work and sweat of the performers.

The idea was to pin down this word HERO, which seems to get thrown around quite a bit these days.

When we started to break it down and define the word, I was surprised to find a depth of understanding and a broad spectrum of definition. Our students found it in everyone and in everything: music and visual art, dance, cartoons, movies, stories, our homes and country.

In the end, we created this show to broadcast our findings. We, at Starting Arts, are very proud of what our artists, parents and students have created.
