High School Musical is more than a bubble gum Disney musical. It’s about trying to find your place in the world. It’s about having the courage to stand up against what is ‘popular’. It’s about friendship and trying new things. Most importantly it’s about some kids in high school making theatre cool again and as a thespian I find that inspiring. Of course this is a bubble gum Disney musical so we’ve got plenty of cheery songs and excellent dance numbers for you to enjoy as well. The kids have worked so hard on this production. It is my third time working on a production at Peterson and I once again am amazed at the talented and amazing kids I meet here. I would like to thank them for all of their hard work. And thank you, parents, for sharing your children with us. Diana, Kelly and I had a blast working on this production and hope you have just as great a time watching it!
