Agreement My child and I understand the importance of respectful behavior and regular class attendance. We also understand that he/she may be dismissed from the program for three unexcused tardies/absences, or three documented incidents of poor behavior. Notification of a problem will be made to me by phone/mail after the second incident. I agree to allow my child to be photographed or videotaped for publicity purposes for Starting Arts.
