Meredith Snow is an artist, teacher and therapist who has recently relocated to Silicon Valley from Central New York. She is past director of the Creative Arts Therapy Initiatives Program at Syracuse Jewish Family Service, where she spearheaded one of the first art therapy programs in the Syracuse metropolitan area. She is the founder and past president of the Central New York Licensed Creative Arts Therapist Network. She specializes in providing open art studios for all ages and abilities with a focus in chronic illness and refugees. As a teacher she has worked in both the Seattle and the Syracuse public schools. She has exhibited her paintings and sculptures and performed in the Seattle based “Ode To Icarus” a multi-media fine arts production featuring professional artists from around the world.
Ms. Snow received an MS in art therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester and is a certified art teacher, as well as a licensed creative arts therapist.
