Nana-Dictta Graves

Nana-Dictta Graves was born and raised in Ghana but has spent most of her celebrated professional life touring the world as a Guest Speaker and Moderator on Multicultural Education, International Children's Education and Ethnic Identity. She has also given a multitude of workshops on Traditional African Dance and Cultural Studies, and teaching dance through story telling.
Nana-Dictta is a Business and Art professional with a broad based knowledge and expertise in a variety of Art forms including the diverse programs of traditional African Dance and Cultural Studies. She is an excellent communicator with the abitlty to project and elicit interest, enthusiasm and energy. She has a hugely successful list of professional and exhibition accomplishments. She was a featured artist in the Gap's "Black History Month" in California, participated in shows at the Unversity of California at Merced, The Cultural Awareness Committee of ADD in Dallas, Texas, "A Night in Africa" for the Dallas Community Television and The University of Texas, "A Different World of Arts" for the Dallas Community Television Gallery, as well as numerous solo exhibitions all over the United States and Ghana. Ms. Graves has a Fine Arts Degree from University of Royal Sociey of the Arts in Scotland, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre, African Dance and Cultural Studies from the University of Ghana.
