Summer Camps

Starting Arts offers 2 summer camps with something fun for every child! Each year kids can participate in our Musical Theatre Camp (3rd-12th grade) which always ends with a fantastic production and Arts Escape Camp (k-5th grade) where kids get to create their own schedule and try all 4 arts disciplines. ARTS ESCAPE CAMP is Back for 2013!

Arts Escape 2013 will take place at Vargas Elementary School with two 2-week sessions: June 17-June 28 and July 1-July 12th (no class July 4th). Kinder Camp and Extended care are available!

Camp Guide- Arts Escape 2013

Individualize your child’s arts classes- all at one location. Whether it’s clay, hip hop, acting, or drumming– take an old favorite or try something new! Campers will choose up to 4 arts classes per 2-week session and will rotate from class to class throughout each camp day. Sign up for 2 or 4 weeks of fun!

Arts Escape Enrollment

Scroll Down to see all the camp options. You can enroll multiple kids by adding all of the camp options you’re interested in to your cart, then click “View Cart” to designate the number of kids in each camp option and finish registration.

Arts Escape- Creative Kids (7-11 years old)

7- 11 year old campers will choose up to 4 classes per 2-week session; each class is at the same time every day for the entire two week session. Campers will be responsible for changing classes. All campers will receive a lanyard with their individual schedules printed, to help them find their classes. All classes are contained and supervised in one area of Vargas Elementary.

Arts Escape- Kinder Camp (5-6 years old)

5 and 6 year old campers will explore all four arts disciplines; dance, theatre, music and lots of hands on visual arts activities. Kinder Campers stay with their peers in one classroom and the teachers come to them!

Arts Extension (5-11 years old)

Kids who participate in Kinder Camp and Creative Kids have the option of extending their camp day to 4:30pm! Kids will have a supervised lunch followed by a fun-filled afternoon of arts activities!
