Glenna came to Starting Arts in 2007, to assist Executive Director, Ann Watts, with the day to day bookkeeping responsibilities as a QuickBooks expert. With the success and growth of Starting Arts, that responsibility has developed into becoming the Director of HR & Accounting.

With an accounting & HR background that spans over 40 years, working in both the private & public sector, she has managed accounting, payroll & HR departments ranging in size from 5-300 employees.

Glenna brings a vast amount of knowledge and professionalism to Starting Arts high standards of business practices, fitting in perfectly with the personalities of all of our talented artistic staff.
