Jeff Leibow

Jeff Leibow has spent 25 years studying and performing as a classical musician, singer and actor. His experience in the arts ranges from symphony orchestras and classical ensembles to theater and cabaret. Since discovering his love of theater in 1991, Jeff has performed in over 20 professional productions around the US.

Mr. Leibow's theater credits include the recent San Francisco Production of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change at the Marine's Memorial Theater, the Northern California premiere of The Last Five Years at Playhouse West, the World Premiere of Memphis, Jane Eyre: The Musical, Smokey Joe's Cafe, Kept (World Premiere) at Theatreworks, A Little Night Music (Post Street Theater), Joseph and the Amazing..., Damn Yankees and Miss Saigon (also understudying the leads in all three shows) at the American Musical Theater of San Jose, and Camelot and Paint Your Wagon at California Music Theater. Additional credits include West Side Story ("Riff") at Broad way by the Bay and A Cabaret Line at New York's Eight-Eight's Cabaret, and the student film, Intellectual Underground.

Jeff's love of music started in elementary school. He received formal training in oboe and music theory for nearly 15 years before he discovered his love of theater. After a slight detour which led to a B.S. in Zoology from UC Davis, he continued his training in New York City at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Jeff continues to hone his skills by training with professional voice, dance and acting coaches.
